Shauna Sand claims her Frenchie ex-boyfriend doesn't have a leg to stand on -- specifically the third 1 -- in his lawsuit over the release of Shauna Sand sex tape -- and ironically what kills him is yet another online video in which he admits he knew precisely what he was doing when he signed up.
Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, "We have a signed, model launch and this footage will continue to be sold." Hirsch also says Berlier knew what he was signing and Vivid has the online video to show it -- of course.
Absolutely nothing can stop Shauna Sand's intercourse tape from hitting the shelves now -- and it's all considering Shauna has finally given the XXX flick her Lucite stamp of approval.
Hirsch claims Shauna's reason for withdrawing the letter was merely because a lawsuit could show "lengthy and costly." Riiiiiiiight.
